The Win of FCA is disciples making disciples. FCA seeks to make disciples by Engaging, Equipping and Empowering key leaders to grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.
Volunteer
Are you looking for an opportunity to disciple athletes in your community? FCA provides an opportunity for members of the local church to invest in student-athletes by fulfilling the role of a Volunteer.
A Volunteer disciples 3-4 coaches/athletes and assists them in planning their Huddles.
Become a Board Member
An FCA Leadership Board is a volunteer group of leaders in a community who love Jesus Christ, care about coaches and athletes, and desire to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ. They willingly invest their time, influence, effort, expertise and finances to see transformation happen, and they encourage others to join.
FCA Sports Head Coach
An FCA Sports Head Coach desires more than just developing an athlete’s skills on the field of play, they want to develop character and encourage spiritual growth. For these coaches, their time is an opportunity to minister to athletes through sports.
Join a Camp
A certified ministry event built around our methods Engage, Equip and Empower. Camps use the annual theme and God’s word for athletes and coaches to develop athletic skills, create influential relationships and encounter Jesus Christ.
Within this role you will walk alongside student athlete leaders in your area helping grow in their relationship with Jesus and equipping them with the tools they need to make disciples of all whom they influence.

Mentor Coach Responsibilities
Want to learn more about becoming a Mentor Coach?
As followers of Jesus, we have been called to be disciples who make disciples: “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations…” (Matthew 28:19a). As we follow Him, becoming more like Him every day, we also lead others towards Him. “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1). This is the win of FCA: disciples making disciples.
But how do we start this discipleship journey? Simple, we need a great game plan. FCA has a game plan for coaches and athletes who want to get started discipling others called E3.
How do we begin the discipleship journey? We engage, we equip and we empower, in that order.
Whether you’ve led others before and you’re looking for some additional training, or you’re just getting started, the E3 training gives you tangible steps you can take to start discipling others.
We Engage relationally with others in a variety of environments by building genuine trust, sharing our lives, and sharing the Gospel. We strive to connect with coaches and athletes where they are at on their spiritual journey.
After cultivating relationships and once coaches and athletes come to faith in Christ, we want to
Equip
them with Christ-centered training, tools, and ongoing support. We desire to Equip them with God’s Word so they can grow in Christ and help others know and grow in Him.
Once equipped, we
Empower
coaches and athletes to help others experience salvation in Jesus, grow in their faith, and share Him with others. We desire to Engage, Equip, and Empower coaches and athletes to make disciples who do the same to others.
